Ringerriege Zürich [RRZ] is a modern wrestling club in the heart of Zurich, dedicated to freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling as well as no-gi grappling. We specialize in explosive takedowns and strong ground control, building a solid foundation for women and men training together with goals ranging from competitive wrestling and grappling to MMA. Our athletes are guided by experienced coaches, educated and certified by the Swiss Wrestling Federation .
