The Ringerriege Zürich [RRZ] is a modern wrestling club in the heart of Zurich, dedicated to freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling as well as No-Gi grappling.
We specialize in explosive throws and strong ground control, thereby creating a solid foundation for women and men who train together – with goals ranging from competitive wrestling and grappling to MMA.
Our athletes are coached by experienced trainers who are educated and certified by the Swiss Wrestling Federation.
